WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Support the department head in leading the team and achieving strong results through close collaboration
• Be actively present on the sales floor to lead and support daily operations
• Assist in training, coaching and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service through personal support and personal example
• Conduct regular analysis of the assortment and optimize the sales area according to visual and marketing guidelines
• Participate in collaboration with the purchasing department to improve assortment selection and ensure availability

WHAT WE EXPECT

• You have at least 1 year of experience in team management, ideally in fashion - but experience in FMCG or other service-oriented fields is also welcome
• You have a passion for great customer service and enjoy creating positive experiences
• You are determined, proactive and ready to get involved in the work and in practice
• You enjoy fashion and lifestyle and you share your enthusiasm for them with others.
• You are organized, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers.
• You speak English confidently - knowledge of German is an advantage, but not a requirement
