Direct Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram with speed and personality.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact, helping our community with their questions and ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, helpful, and engaging tone of voice that aligns with our brand values.
Problem Solving: Turn potential complaints into positive experiences through empathetic and effective communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with our core contact center team to stay updated on our latest services and updates.

Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook ecosystems.
