Your tasks – what can you expect?

• Ensure smooth and compliant warehouse operations in line with company standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations.
• Analyze existing warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
• Support and oversee operational logistics processes from goods receipt to dispatch, including inventory management, material movements, storage activities, and packaging processes.
• Develop and implement innovative warehousing concepts to improve operational efficiency, material flow, storage utilization, and delivery performance.
• Drive warehouse digitalization, automation, and transformation projects.
• Lead change initiatives and support the implementation of new processes, systems, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and provide training and support for process improvements.

Your profile – who are we looking for?

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Hands-on experience with warehousing process implementations and data systems.
• Solid proficiency in SAP; experience with Warehouse Management is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and EWM is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to successfully drive change and collaborate across different organizational levels.
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented working style.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
